De Anne Williams brings to the table 21 years of nursing experience, with a Master’s Degree in Nursing Informatics, a Master’s in Nursing Education, and a Master’s as Women’s Health NP. She now practices as a Nurse Practitioner in Women’s Health. De Anne has been doing pole dance for over 11 years, and has taught classes and workshops at multiple studios throughout Orange County. De Anne has competed in many pole fitness competitions on a professional level, and received a gold medal in Women’s 40+ Elite in 2023 from US Aerial Federation (IPSF) and had the opportunity to compete in IPSF Worlds Competition in Poland. She also holds additional medals with Pole Champions Series (PCS), Pole Sport Organization and OG Pole Fitness.
Kristen Bethanie has been a corporate executive for the past 18 years, and holds a degree from UC Santa Barbara in graphic design. Prior to entering the corporate world, Kristen worked as a Personal Trainer and Operations Manager for 24 Hour Fitness. During that time, Kristen held certifications from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Kristen has been training in pole for over 8 years, and has been teaching since 2018. Kristen has participated in competitions with Pole Sport Organization, North American Pole Dance Championships, and OG Pole Fitness. Kristen was the OG Pole Fitness Novice Gold Medalist in 2018, the US Aerial Federation Professional Master Gold Medalist in 2023, and also holds additional medals from Pole Sport Organization.
